Step1

Call MRK Medical Consultants at (916) 863-7301 and request a printed biographical sketch (Curriculum Vitae) of a specific medical consultant as well as fee schedules and policies of the firm.

Step2

Contact MRK Medical Consultants to schedule an appointment. Most appointments can be scheduled in advance of a pending deposition or trial date.

Step3

The MRK staff will collect pertinent information via a telephone questionnaire. This information is used to initiate scheduling with the appropriate specialist.

Step4

The MRK staff will request records, x-rays and other important information relative to the case. The medical consultant reviews the file in preparation for the evaluation.
