California, Washington and Oregon fires

This afternoon the governors of California and Oregon updated the public on the massive wildfires that are burning in these states.  These fires are of historic proportions and the air quality is alarming. More than three million acres have burned in California and the Oregon governor  says that over 40,000 have been evacuated and 500,000 are in zones that may be evacuated.

We have no words to express our sorrow for our fellow Californians and neighbors to the north and send our deepest gratitude to the first responders battling the fires. Almost 15,000 firefighters remain on  the line of 28 major wildfires burning across California.  Thank you for all that you are doing and the sacrifices you and your families are making.
